Starlight Concerts operate an ‘open access’ policy to all.
We have a comprehensive policy to look after all of our disabled guests. This includes disabled parking and access assistance for Blue Badge holders, disabled access toilets at various locations around the site, a wheelchair users viewing area and a Personal Assistant ticket policy.

We have a dedicated disabled carpark situated close to the arena entrance for all our Disabled Blue Badge holders. On arrival, simply show your badge to one of our friendly carpark attendants and they will direct you to the disabled area.
If you do not have a Disabled Blue Badge permit but believe you require access to our disabled carpark, please email us at [email protected] and we will endeavour to assist in any way we can.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) TICKET SCHEME
If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a PA, we will provide an additional PA ticket at no extra cost.
Please note, all attendees aged 16 or under must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over at all times, regardless of their Personal Assistance requirements. If an attendee aged 16 or under requires further assistance above and beyond their paying adult supervisor, they may be entitled to apply for a PA ticket.
PA ticket applications are assessed on a case by case basis. To apply for our Access Scheme, first purchase a standard ticket. Once you have purchased your ticket we ask you to complete and submit an access requirements application form which seeks information regarding your requirements at the event. Along with this, we ask for supporting documentation for validation of your request.
This ticket can only be approved by the Administrative team.
Please do not buy a ticket for your PA as this will not be refunded.

The PA ticket is provided on the expectation that your PA is willing and able to assist you throughout your visit, and would be available and able to help you in the event of an evacuation.
It is mandatory to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation in your application as evidence of your requirements and to grant a PA ticket. Please include a copy of one of the following with your completed form:
- PIP (personal independence payment)
- DLA – care and/or mobility
- Letter from a medical professional
- D/deaf or blind registration
- The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets
